3 Ways to Use Mojito
- Happy Hour: The afternoon slump feels even worse in the heat. Diffuse 4-5 drops of Mojito on hot afternoons to boost energy and positive feelings so you can end your day with ease.
2. Focus your attention: Put 10-20 drops of Mojito in 10ml of carrier oil in a bottle, place a few drops in your hands then cup your hands over your nose and take a few deep breaths when feeling scattered and unfocused. You can also massage into the neck, upper chest area.
3. Digest Aid: When your stomach is feeling bloated or upset, combine 3 drops of Mojito with a carrier oil and apply to your stomach.
4. Beauty Products: Combine either bath salts or sugar with a carrier oil to desired consistency and add 6-12 drops of essential oil blend. Makes a great pedicure.
