We are very proud of our products and want you to be happy with the ones you select.

We encourage you to open and inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If there is a problem with the order; i.e, you received the wrong item or an item was damaged in shipping, please telephone or email our office immediately.

 

We will, of course, make it right as quickly as possible. Any claims on damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. If your order has been damaged, please hold on to it so the carrier company can cover the cost of the product.

Prior to returning an order, you must first notify Wholistic Aromatics @ 336-328-5197 of the problem with your order. We will not refund or credit your account without prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on opened essential oils, vegetable (carrier) oils, shea products or any perishable or potentially contaminated oil.

OPENED CONTAINERS: Due to sanitation risk and potential adulteration, we are unable to restock any product that has been opened, even if unused. Because of this, any product that is returned to us opened will incur a 50% processing fee. We highly encourage purchasing a product sample prior to committing to a larger size if you are unsure about an oil’s scent profile.

SAMPLE VIALS: All purchases of products in vial size are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for the following trial sizes: 1ml, tiny samples or sampler packs. These sizes are offered as a convenient tool to access an oil prior to purchasing a larger quantity.

LARGE ORDERS: Unopened product orders of one (1) kilogram (kg) or more, or high value items over $500 will incur a 20% restocking fee and may be processed in the form of store credit or a refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to high shipping costs, international customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning an item and all shipping, duties and customs fees originally associated with receiving the order.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All purchases of products brought in on special order are final. These purchases are not eligible for return and any deposits placed are non-refundable. A special order is defined as a product sourced in a specified quantity at the request of a particular client or business special order is for a quantity and/or product that Wholistic Aromatics would not otherwise stock, we cannot accept a return of this type of order.

Classes are non-refundable except under extenuating circumstances.  A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is requited to secure class placement. 

 

We do offer exchanges or refunds on unopened and/or unused Aromatherapy supplies such as diffusers, empty bottles or pipets, however there will be a restocking fee of 20%.
