Warming Harvest Herbal Tea — Four Servings

Warming Harvest Herbal Tea is a naturally caffeine-free seasonal infusion created for slow mornings, afternoon pauses and peaceful transitions into evening.

Rooibos provides a smooth, earthy base while Ginger and Cinnamon bring gentle warmth. Orange peel adds a familiar brightness that ties the blend beautifully to the aromatic products in the box.

Cover while steeping to preserve the aromatic qualities of the herbs, then sip slowly. Add honey if desired.

A quiet closing ritual using softer light, body oil, reflection and slow breathing to help signal that the work of the day can be set down.

These rituals are intentionally simple. They do not require a perfect space, a long period of time or the use of every product in the box.

Surprise Simmer-Pot DIY

Bring the scent of the season into your home with a dry aromatic simmer-pot sachet.

Add the contents to water according to the included directions and warm gently to release the natural aromas of the dried botanicals and spices.

Sachet ingredients:
Ingredients (some will vary): Orange, cinnamon, cloves, apples, Ginger, Rosemary, Star anise.

Never allow the pot to boil dry. Do not consume the simmer-pot mixture. Keep the ingredients and simmering pot away from children and pets.

WHY I CREATED THIS BOX

I created the Autumn Harvest & Harmony Box because the transition into fall can be beautiful, but it can also feel demanding. The light changes, schedules become fuller and our bodies often begin asking for warmth, steadiness and a slower rhythm before we have made space to listen.

After years of working with essential oils, herbs and seasonal wellness, I have learned that meaningful care does not need to be complicated. Sometimes it begins with one familiar aroma in the morning, a warm cup of tea in the afternoon or a quiet ritual that tells the body the work of the day is finished.

I wanted this box to support the whole rhythm of an autumn day—from morning steadiness to evening release. Every item was chosen with intention: aromatics for the body and home, grounding body care, herbal warmth, candlelight, reflection and a little seasonal creativity.

This is not a box meant to give you more things to do. It is an invitation to choose one small ritual at a time—to breathe, warm a cup, care for your skin, light a candle or write down what you are ready to carry forward and what you are ready to release.

My hope is that Autumn Harvest & Harmony helps you welcome the season gently and create moments of connection with your body, your home, the plants and the changing world around you.
